Oak Shed Studios is a small family-owned studio that opened its doors in 2011 as “Dripping Springs Guitar Lessons”. The owner, Jon Simpson, had been a guitar teacher in Austin for many years before deciding to accept students at the studio as well. It sits in the middle of thirty beautiful hill country acres, only a 10 to 12-minute drive from downtown Dripping Springs. The building was designed to provide optimal results in sound recording, however, it also serves as a teaching facility for guitar students.
